How long does installation take?
Most residential installations are completed in one day. Larger properties or Premium packages may require 1-2 days. We'll give you an exact timeline in your estimate.
When should I book?
We recommend booking by early October to secure your preferred install date. Our calendar fills quickly as Thanksgiving approaches.
What about payment?
We require 50% deposit at booking and the remaining 50% upon completion. We accept credit cards, checks, and digital payments. Multi-year contracts receive a 10% discount.
Do you handle takedown and storage?
Yes! Takedown is included in every package. We offer optional off-season storage so you don't have to worry about garage clutter.
What if a light goes out?
All packages include at least one complimentary repair visit. Enhanced and Premium packages include unlimited repairs throughout the season.
